Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are not accepted for wrong size, fitting issues, change of mind, or color/design preference.
• Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
• Replacements are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Replacement Conditions

• Report the issue within 12 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos and videos as proof.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
• Handling and applicable processing charges may apply.

COD & Prepaid Orders
This policy applies to both COD and Prepaid orders. Returns and refunds are not available for customer preference or sizing issues.

Refunds
Refunds are generally not available. If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability, The Wolf Store may offer an alternative solution at its sole discretion.
