Return & Refund Policy – The Wolf Store

At The Wolf Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

Exchanges & Size Issues

  • If you receive a wrong size or face a fitting issue, we offer a size exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • A shipping and handling fee will be charged for all exchanges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • No return or refund is available on COD orders.
  • Customers may request an exchange for size issues, defective products, or incorrect products.
  • Shipping and handling charges will apply for all COD exchanges.

Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders are eligible for return or exchange as per this policy.
  • Shipping and handling charges will be deducted/apply for all returns and exchanges.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Products without defects are not eligible for return.
  • Used, washed, damaged, or products without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Important Notes

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The Wolf Store reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
